Immediate Start | Commencing casual (around 35 hours per week), view to move to full time | Home-based role

About the Role

Dan's Enclosed Towing is a Melbourne-based, premium vehicle transport service with a reputation built on care, trust, and a genuine passion for cars. Specialising in the transportation of race cars, motorcycles, show cars, vintage and classic vehicles, and rolling shells, Dan's prides itself on treating every job as if transporting its own pride and joy.

We are looking for a warm, organised, and tech-savvy Office & Admin Manager to come in and take control! .... And we need you to start ASAP!

This is a dynamic, client-first role where you'll be the heartbeat of the office, keeping operations running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer experiences over the phone every day.

Due to the nature of the business, the hours will vary to meet fluctuating demands.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and warmth
* Prepare and send customer quotes accurately and promptly
* Manage accounts and bookkeeping tasks using Xero
* Run and manage Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns and pages
* Coordinate projects, tasks, and workflows using Monday.com
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal team
* Maintain accurate records and support general business administration
* Some PA assistance to the Owner

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience with Xero (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations)
* A minimum of 1-2 years experience with Xero accounting software
* Hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads
* Proficiency in Monday.com for project and task management
* Experience preparing customer quotes and estimates
* An exceptional phone manner - friendly, clear, and confident
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* A positive, can-do attitude and team-player mentality
* Australian work rights are required for this position
