Based in VIC and reporting to the State Business Manager, this role is responsible for the achievement of defined sales, volume and profit targets for a defined region or territory within Australia. This role will entail driving key relationships and portfolio support at a site level for Public & Private Hospitals, Fertility clinics and Large Retail Pharmacies sites. This role will report to the State Business Manager in the relevant geographic territory. This role will be a mixture of selling and driving volume at a site level which will focus on initiatives filtered down from the State Business Manager. Interstate travel required (approximately 1 week, 3 times per year).
Duties
* Account Management
o Execute State Based Account strategies at a site level for Public & Private Hospitals, State Based Fertility Accounts at a site level, and Large Retail Pharmacy sites.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the relevant sector of focus.
o Manage day-to-day enquiries/issues with existing customer base.
o Plan and execute Robust Territory Call plans to maximize volume and sales opportunities.
o Achieve Regional sales targets and KPIs across all therapeutic areas.
o Collaborate with State Business Manager to align key initiatives at a Site Level.
o Deliver product presentations, training, and support to customer base.
o Sell in offerings and follow up as part of call cycle to ensure long term distribution.
o Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide insights to internal teams to inform strategy and product positioning.
* Cross-functional Coordination
o Aligning with internal teams (Operations, Quality, Finance) to execute market strategies.
o Managing competing priorities and timelines across departments.
Skills & Experience
* A minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sales arena.
* Previous Sales Representative and Territory management experience in the Hospital, Fertility or Retail Pharmacy Segments.
* The ability to create meaningful relationships with key customers to ensure long term value for our customer base.
* Ability to detail and market detailed technical pharmaceutical products.
* Strong commercial business acumen.
* Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to present to a senior management group clearly with defined outcomes.
