We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Office Administrator to help maintain the smooth operation of our business while providing support with front-of-house and marketing duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Monitor email and phone communications, addressing customer queries and issues including bookings through our online platform.
* Administrative Tasks: Banking, data entry for production sheets using Cin7 software, and assistance with IT systems and POS setup and problem-solving.
* Sales Support: Assist with reviewing and processing online sales transactions.
Additional Duties
* Report creation and general office support.
* Asset and file management: organizing and maintaining digital files and image libraries.
* Cleaning onsite (shared responsibility).
