Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage expertise in taxation to shape the technical capabilities of our Tax professionals
* Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver timely and relevant training programs addressing tax technical training needs by level and market
* Manage the national training schedule and learning & development initiatives ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge library for easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in taxation, including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
They should have experience in managing holistic technical development programs, critically analyzing complex materials, and conducting gap analyses to align with technical competencies.
