Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in an operations management role

Responsibilities Overview
Our Water Facility Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the on-site team operates effectively to deliver a safe, patron-friendly facility
- Act[ing] on patron feedback and working to reduce any negative perception of site operations
- Deliver[ing] and driv[ing] the physical appearance of the centre through strong contractor management relationships
- Adher[ing] to Belgravia's OH&S processes and management systems and comply[ing] with legislative regulatory standards
- Work[ing] across multiple sites as required
- Assist[ing] the Aquatic Operations Manager in investigating accidents and incidents
- Monitor[ing] OHS, risk and environment performance and initiatin[g] actions to improve performance
- Implementin[g] hazard and environment inspections, risk assessments, risk controls and corrective actions, maintainin[g] all records
- Manage[ing] budgets and prepar[ing] required reports
- Maintain[ing] NPS and mystery shop scores in line with Belgravia Leisure KPIs
