Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our growing ADP Lyric HCM team. Reporting to the Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting implementation leadership to meet metrics and targets through consulting and implementation services.
2. Consulting with clients to define their requirements.
3. Managing the full implementation lifecycle.
4. Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
5. Conducting post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
This role is based at our Mulgrave Head Office, with a planned move to Cremorne in August 2025. It offers a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an implementation environment, with strong knowledge of payroll, including Time & Attendance and processing.
- Extensive Australian payroll knowledge and experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
