About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Nurse to join our team at Clear Skincare Clinics.
In this role, you’ll provide safe and effective cosmetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PRP, PDO mono threads, and Belkyra.
Your expertise will allow you to confidently assess patient needs, develop personalised treatment plans, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high standards of care, managing patient expectations, and fostering a welcoming environment for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments with precision and care, ensuring adherence to our high standards and protocols.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, offering tailored treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring treatment plans and results are tracked effectively.
- Proactively address and manage any client concerns, including adverse events, with professionalism and empathy.
- Develop and maintain a personal social media presence to showcase your work, in line with SILK’s brand and TGA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless, exceptional client experience and promote SILK’s skincare and laser treatments.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in clinical or aesthetic nursing.
Sales or target-driven experience is a plus.
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- A post-graduate certification in Cosmetic Nursing is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and injection techniques, along with excellent time management and adaptability.
- A customer-first approach, dedication to continuous learning, and a passion for delivering outstanding cosmetic results.
