About the Role
You'll step into an influential leadership position with confidence, supporting and driving the solid creative identity of Dann Event Hire. You will collaborate closely with our talented creative team to deliver exceptional, considered design and experiences, build meaningful industry relationships and drive the creative growth of DEH. You'll be client‐facing, commercially aware, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‐paced workplace.
What You'll Do
* Lead Dann Event Hire's creative direction across furniture, structures, and hospitality
* Design and procure creative product‐based collections
* Partner with the Head of Commercial to grow key client relationships
* Oversee projects from concept through to on‐site execution
* Lead brand and marketing creative output
* Mentor and inspire a growing creative team while remaining hands‐on
* Produce technical drawings, CAD models, and supplier documentation
What You'll Bring
* 8+ years' experience in interior, spatial, product, or experiential design
* Qualification in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or similar
* Expert‐level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Proficiency in 3D modelling and technical documentation
* Strong portfolio across brand, furniture, hospitality, and event design
* Commercial mindset with proven client relationship skills
* Robust understanding of sustainable design and procurement
