About the Role
- Casual employment opportunity 15-20 hours
- Join our Gold Coast team as a Receptionist - working across both our busy clinics, located at Homeworld Helensvale and Nerang.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming first point of contact as you greet and check-in patients
- Answer a high volume of phone and email enquiries
- Manage appointment diaries for 10+ clinicians, including appointment setting, cancellations and waitlist filling
- Process payments, Medicare rebates and invoicing third parties
- Respond to online enquiries and referrals
- Administer paperwork and questionnaires
- General reception/administrative duties such as faxing and scanning
- General clinic cleaning and adhering to OH&S; practices

Skills, qualifications & experience
- Versatile availability for rostering as needed, including evenings until 8pm
- Prior experience in a Reception and/or Administration role
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hard-working, team player attitude
- Professional phone manner
- Excellent time management skill
- A high level of attention to detail
