Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for all guests, from arrival to departure. The Guest Experience Manager will coordinate daily operations and conduct briefings to keep staff informed of special requests and guest needs.
* Perform accurate cash counts and complete daily reconciliations.
* Prepare guest invoices and process payments for incidentals upon departure.
