The opportunity
Miglas High Performance Windows is a respected Australian manufacturer and industry leader in architecturally focused, high-performance window and door systems.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our national growth across specification-led and project-based opportunities. This is a senior, influential role with real autonomy, suited to someone who values quality, long-term relationships, and credibility over high-pressure sales tactics.
Working closely with the CEO, you'll shape Miglas' presence in key architectural markets, strengthen trusted industry relationships, and help define how we grow, sustainably and with integrity.
This role remains hands-on and externally focused, alongside providing guidance to the internal sales team. This is not a high-volume or transactional sales role, it's about trust, technical credibility, and long-term partnerships.
The role is based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, with flexibility built around the realities of relationship-led sales.
What you'll be responsible for
* Leading national business development strategy across specification-led and project-based work
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and key specifiers
* Positioning Miglas as a trusted technical and design partner within the architectural sector

* Providing guidance and leadership to internal sales team members
* Representing Miglas at industry events, forums, and associations
* Working closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into practical, commercial outcomes
What success looks like
Within your first 12–18 months, you will have:
* Strengthened Miglas' position with key architectural and specification partners
* Built a predictable, high-quality project pipeline
* Elevated Miglas' national visibility in targeted markets
* Become a trusted commercial partner to the CEO and internal team
