**Job Description:**
This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and the SCHADS Award, who thrives in a structured but flexible part-time role. The Payroll Officer will support payroll, billing, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth and compliant payroll processes in a dynamic care environment
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee pay
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous payroll experience within an NDIS organisation
* Strong understanding of SCHADS Award and associated entitlements
* Experience with Ezypay, EZYplan, or similar NDIS systems highly regarded
* Solid administrative and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
