Join a dedicated team delivering exceptional HVAC services across Monash University's five campuses.
As a Service Technician with specialist HVAC skills you will be working with Monash University known for its commitment to excellence and play a vital role in maintaining a comfortable and efficient campus.
Here is a snapshot of your day:
* Service and repair commercial refrigeration units (cool rooms, freezers, display cabinets).
* Maintain and repair HVAC systems and VRF systems.
* Conduct leak detection testing and charge systems.
* Perform maintenance and repairs on various HVAC systems.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients.
* Coordinate work assignments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
* Prepare comprehensive service reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Stay updated on HVAC technology advancements.
* Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
* Customer-focused with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the HVAC industry.
* Understanding of OH&S requirements.
* Valid driver's license, refrigerant handling license, white card, Restricted Electrical Workers "D" License, and plumbing commission registration.
* Refrigeration and air conditioning trade qualification.
