We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Desk Officer to join our IT team within Central Highlands Rural Health. This role is a critical first point of contact, providing timely and effective technical support to clinicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for responding to IT enquiries, diagnosing and resolving incidents, escalating issues where required, and maintaining accurate records in line with organisational policies. A strong focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and clear communication is essential. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, a calm and professional approach to problem-solving, and an understanding of the importance of IT services in supporting quality patient outcomes. Details of Appointment: Part-time, fixed-term position working 48 hours per fortnight until 20 December 2026. Position will based at the Daylesford campus.
