· Administer feeding and supplementation programs tailored to each horse's workload, age, and condition.

· Supervise and instruct riders in the use of protective equipment and safety protocols.

· Assist with daily care and stable management, including grooming, tack maintenance, and facility upkeep.

Skills and Experience Required

· At least two years of relevant full-time work experience as a Horse Trainer.

· Demonstrated ability to start and train horses from brumby or similar stock.

· Strong knowledge of natural horsemanship, groundwork, and advanced training techniques.

· Experience preparing horses for cattle station work and trail riding.

· Ability to assess horse health and apply treatment plans under veterinary guidance.
