About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Furniture Craftsman to join our team. As a key member, you will guide inmates through hands-on coaching and teamwork, helping them build valuable work skills, boost their confidence, and prepare for meaningful employment after release.
What You Need to Succeed
* A trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Shop Fitting, or Joinery, or CAD drawing skills and experience using SolidWorks or Cabmaster within the Furniture industry.
* A Certificate III in Correctional Practice, or the ability to complete it within CSNSW timeframes.
* A valid NSW Driver Licence and willingness to drive as part of the role.
