Food Preparation Specialist
Our culinary team is responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our standards.
* Prepare and cook food products as directed.
* Prepare mise en place and other products as required for efficient production.
* Clean kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies.
* Store and rotate food and beverage products in designated storage areas.
* Communicate effectively with all operational departments.
* Report maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven cooking experience with a focus on quality and efficiency.
2. Food Safety Certification required.
3. Qualifications from a recognized culinary institution.
* Expert knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients and procedures.
* Ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Familiarity with industry best practices.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Physical ability to perform job duties.
