Our client, a fast-growing boutique Buyer's Agency, is seeking a Team Support professional to help keep operations running smoothly while assisting the Buyer's Agent in delivering an exceptional client experience.
This is a varied, hands‐on position where no two days are the same. You'll attend inspections, manage communications, and streamline day‐to‐day processes, allowing the Buyer's Agent to focus on client relationships and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend open homes, inspections, and property viewings on behalf of the Buyer's Agent
* Conduct building, pest, and pre‐settlement inspections
* Assist with property sourcing and related coordination tasks
* Support new client onboarding and guide clients through the sign‐up process
* Manage phone and email communications in a professional manner
* Oversee operational tasks to improve team efficiency and workflow
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident and professional in client interactions
* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Previous experience in property, real estate, or client support is highly desirable
* Holds a current real estate qualification
