4. About the role: Located in Townsville, reporting to the Support Manager or Service Leader, you will work within the Purpose and Values of Aruma. You will be part of a high-performing Support Team working towards delivering a positive customer experience to those in our care. We have several casual opportunities available with potential for permanent roles for the right candidates.

7. What you’ll need:
1. Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent, or working towards it. View details .
2. Valid Australian full driver’s licence for the state you have applied for.
3. Valid Australian working rights.
4. Willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check.
5. Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid, and CPR qualifications.
8. Skills and experience:
1. Availability to work any rostered shifts across a 24/7 roster model, including awake nights and sleepovers.
2. Passionate about supporting young people who have experienced trauma and have a disability.
