The Role
Contribute to a wide range of corporate matters, including private M&A, joint ventures, operating agreements, marketing agreements, royalty arrangements and development projects.

Support clients across the mining and energy transition sectors, gaining significant learning opportunities on cutting-edge, high-value deals.
About You
You will ideally have demonstrable experience in a leading M&A practice and be admitted in Australia or New Zealand.
You will bring strong academic results, excellent attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex legal issues with confidence.
You will be proactive, collaborative and curious about innovation, including AI and emerging technologies.
