Oversee operation of our 73 place Milestones Lake Albert service, while advising other Centre Managers in the region
We are looking for a driven, high-energy people leader to lead our dynamic team of Centre Managers in Wagga Wagga, as the 2iC to our Regional Manager. In this role, you will drive high quality care, financial sustainability, compliance, and growth across the service while leading six key areas:
quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development

The role:
* Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and escalate/report serious incidents promptly.
* Oversee complete day-to-day running of the service, providing top quality care and education throughout 3 key developmental milestones
* Become the key touch stone for our existing families, handling feedback and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address serious service issues.
* Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
* Assist nearby Centre Managers in an advisory capacity, including experience to step up as multi-site manager in times of absence
About you:
* Proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, with multi-site experience desirable.
* Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent qualification.
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
* Strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
* Valid Working with Children Check, current Driver's Licence, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
