**About the role**
Reporting to the Capability Manager of Network Services. This role will see you utilise your technical networking and people skills, whilst leading a group of technical specialists in delivering network services to key NEC customers.
- Resource management across the team to support project implementations
- Manage escalations either independently or with support from the wider management team
- Identify and escalate any identified need for improvement to the Network Services Manager
- Participate in, and contribute to, key stakeholder forums
- Identify and manage improvement opportunities
**About you**
Team leader experience:
- Previous leadership experience in a technical environment
- Ability to provide direction and oversee project delivery
- Experience in an integrator or managed services business
- Mentoring individuals to grow and support their professional goals
- Excellent and clear communicational skills both written and verbal
Essential technical experience:
- Cisco Service Provider networking
- Cisco Nexus Data Centre switching
- Cisco Wireless and Network Access Control
