About the Role
This role is a great opportunity to join our team and contribute to the maintenance of Natural Resources Wales assets.
The successful candidate will work in a variety of settings, including flood risk infrastructure, forestry sites, and National Nature Reserves. The role involves carrying out manual labor tasks, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
As part of this role, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining and operating small plant and machinery, such as ride-on mowers and wood chippers.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with tools and equipment, a strong understanding of health and safety protocols, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide a manual labor service for the maintenance of NRW assets

Requirements
The successful candidate will require:
• Relevant experience working with tools and equipment
• A strong understanding of health and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Full UK driving license
