This role offers the chance to work outdoors as a Caretaker at an adventure park.
Key responsibilities include performing maintenance and upkeep tasks to ensure optimal customer service standards for all patrons, hirer groups, and contractors visiting the park.
* Safe machinery operation experience is required.
* Maintenance knowledge of similar facilities is essential.
* Highly developed customer service, communication, and reporting skills are necessary.
* General maintenance skills and physical capability to undertake work, manual handling, tool use, and equipment are also required.
* Ability to work on rostered weekends is expected.
* A current First Aid Certificate, Police Clearance, MR Class Driver's Licence are mandatory.
* Possess or desire certifications in horticulture, turf, or playground maintenance; Chemical Handling Training; Group 4 aquatic facility technical operations training are desirable.
* Safety Awareness Training – White Card Basic Worksite Traffic Management Certificate is necessary.
The position includes a 76 hour fortnight with standard hours from 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am – 3:45pm Friday, with alternate weekends paid at penalty rates.
