Job Overview We are seeking a mid-level professional for the role of IT Consulting for Server Desktop Network Administration and End User Support. The position is part-time and contract-based, with multiple location options including Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Auburn, Sunshine Beach, and Victoria Point. The successful candidate will manage, support, and optimize our clients’ IT infrastructure across varied sites. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in managing and configuring Windows Server, ensuring optimal performance and security of server environments. Experience in handling Microsoft Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and security protocols. Hands-on experience with Cisco Networking, including configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco switches and routers. Knowledge in Office 365 Support, including user management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of Network Security Fundamentals to maintain the integrity and security of our clients' networks. Experience in imaging and reimaging, ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance of software and operating systems on client devices. Ability to configure and troubleshoot Outlook, ensuring seamless email communication for end users. Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly assess issues and provide efficient solutions in high-pressure environments. Roles and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive IT support and consultancy for servers, desktop systems, networks, and end-user issues. Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring server stability and security. Manage Active Directory environments, including user access, security settings, and computer policies. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco network equipment to maintain reliable and secure network infrastructures. Offer technical support for Office 365, addressing user issues and optimizing functionality. Implement network security measures to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Handle imaging and reimaging processes to ensure consistent and efficient deployment of IT resources. Ensure seamless Outlook configuration for end users, resolving email-related issues efficiently.
