Daily activities will involve: Basic maintenance & fault checks of air conditioning and refrigeration systems Painting including basic surface repair & preparation. Basic plumbing repairs including cistern parts install/repairs, tap reseats clearing blocked toilets/drains etc Changing light globes, this will involve the use of ladders & or motorised lifting equipment Repairing & or installing locksets/door hardware Basic carpentry and joinery repairs Maintenance/fault finding of Catering equipment Tiling repairs, silicon application in kitchens/bathrooms etc Basic computer skills re daily emailed tasks & the ability to send work order requests via email This position will require travel to different sites as needed and will require you to work weekends & public holidays dependant on business requirements.
