The Branch Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day leadership, performance, and operational management of an AIRR retail store. This includes ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, managing inventory and supply chain processes, and fostering a positive team culture aligned with our values and strategic goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* To deliver exceptional customer service while actively engaging with the local rural community.
* To support sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and identifying new business opportunities.
* To maintain strong knowledge of agricultural products and provide informed customer recommendations.
