We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide quality HR services and support business objectives.
The role will ensure the implementation of HR strategies and frameworks across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Business Partnering: Work with business areas to implement relevant HR frameworks, policies, procedures, and practices.
* Deliver effective HR services, manage performance and change initiatives, provide industrial relations advice, and deliver training.
* Maintain and revise organizational policies and procedures according to legislative requirements. Undertake internal audits, accreditation requirements, and accreditation reporting.
About You
* Tertiary or master's qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Prior experience as a HR business partner or similar role. Experience in the aged care sector is highly regarded.
* Proven ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Well-developed problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and judgement.
