Administrative HR Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR professional to provide administrative support within our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a foundational understanding of employee relations.
About the Role
This position involves verifying details on Wages Change of Conditions, drafting Salary COCs, and preparing fortnightly data loads for Reward Gateway. You will also be responsible for managing the offboarding process, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify details on Wages Change of Conditions (COCs) and approve as required.
* Draft Salary COCs and employment contracts with guidance from senior advisors.
* Prepare fortnightly data loads for Reward Gateway and coordinate uploads.
* Manage the offboarding process, including preparation and processing of termination paperwork, saving resignation and termination forms, and following up on outstanding exit surveys.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including filing notes, documents, and case management entries.
* Respond to general inbox queries, such as novated leasing information, Bridgestone discount code requests, and administrative team requests.
* Clean up and maintain employee file structures to ensure seamless access to important information.
* Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role would be beneficial.
* A sound understanding of employee relations fundamentals is essential.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
* The ability to handle confidential information discreetly is crucial.
* Effective communication skills are necessary for responding to employee inquiries.
* The ability to manage administrative workflows efficiently and accurately is vital.
* Availability to work two days per week over an initial period is preferred.
