Job Title: Community Engagement Professional
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Engagement Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting strong membership teams across the region.
Main Responsibilities
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with conferences, regional councils, and local community partners to foster collaboration and engagement.
* Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Support problem-solving, collaboration, and engagement among members and staff to drive business outcomes.
* Community Engagement Activities: Lead regional community engagement activities, including fundraising events, to increase member involvement and revenue.
* Member Experience: Support attraction, retention, and engagement initiatives for members to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty.
* Learning and Development: Coordinate and deliver learning and development activities for conference leaders and members to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Regional Engagement: Facilitate regional engagement and training events to strengthen connections, shared learning, and collaboration.
* Data Analysis: Use data and reporting tools to track and communicate member and community engagement outcomes to inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, experience with business applications, systems, and processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and tertiary qualifications in human services or a related field.
