Position Overview
Your role involves promoting and ensuring public safety across multiple leisure centres: Sutherland Leisure Centre, Caringbah Leisure Centre, Engadine Leisure Centre, and Como Pool. You will respond to emergencies, supervise activities, maintain hygiene standards, and provide excellent customer service.

* Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the pool facilities.
Who We're Looking For
We seek self‐motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals focused on safety and service excellence.
Required Credentials and Qualifications
* Pool Lifeguard Licence (RLSS).
* Pool Operations Certificate (desirable but not mandatory).
* First Aid Certificate and CPR.
* Valid NSW Working With Children Check.
* Understanding of hygiene practices and general facility upkeep.
* A positive attitude and the ability to connect with the public.

* Package: $58,545 – $61,927 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation; salary paid pro‐rata to part‐time hours.
* Hours: Permanent part‐time position from 12 hours per week (rostered over a 7‐day spread at Como Pool and other leisure centres).
