About You
You're a passionate and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
You'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in fashion retail management (multi‐site leadership highly regarded)
* Proven success meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets
* Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
* A natural leadership style that motivates, empowers, and drives results
