Surf Life Saving Queensland (SLSQ) is seeking Volunteer Radio Operators to support our patrol teams at clubs across the state.
What you'll do:
Operate radios to maintain clear communication between patrol members
Log incidents and patrol activities
Assist with monitoring beach conditions and coordinating responses
Provide a calm and reliable presence in the patrol team

No water work required—perfect if you prefer to stay on the sand
Full training provided—no prior experience necessary
Flexible commitment—just 25 hours per season

Reliable and calm under pressure
Good verbal communication skills
