We’re looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to assist with administration and scheduling across multiple active sites. This role is based in Wakerley and suits someone who is organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll be doing: Manage project administration and schedules across multiple active sites Oversee variations, claims, and cost tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance Work closely with Site Managers to monitor progress and drive efficiencies Maintain structured documentation and prepare consolidated weekly reports What we’re looking for: Previous experience in project administration (essential) Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal teams and clients Work for a well-established civil contractor delivering a wide range of projects across South East Queensland. With up to 15 active sites at any one time, the team is focused on efficiency, quality, and building strong client relationships.
