We are a well-established and client-focused law firm seeking a highly organised and experienced Paralegal to join our team. This full-time role supports our busy practice areas in Wills & Estates, Family Law, and Conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage legal documents and correspondence
* Maintain and organise client files and records
* Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders
* Assist with diary management and scheduling appointments
* Support solicitors with administrative tasks across multiple practice areas
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a legal secretary role
* Strong knowledge of Wills & Estates, Family Law, and Conveyancing procedures
* Proficiency in legal software (e.g., LEAP, PEXA, Microsoft Office)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
