Millennium Glass is a growing, family-owned business specialising in premium glass and aluminium products for residential homes, renovations and apartment developments.
We are looking for a driven Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities and converting them into confirmed work.
This role is suited to someone who takes ownership of the entire sales process — from first contact through to closing the sale.
Training will be provided on our products, measurement process and systems.
The Role
• Generate new leads and build your own sales pipeline
• Attend site visits and conduct accurate measurements
• Prepare quotations and provide technical advice
• Follow up and convert quotes into confirmed orders
• Secure deposits and close sales
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Increase overall sales revenue
You will be measured on activity, conversion rates and sales results.
Skills and Experience
• Proven sales experience with strong closing ability
• Confident managing the full sales process
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
• Experience in glazing, construction or technical products is advantageous
