Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of energy and related commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex project and transaction documents.
Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring, applying sound legal analysis and commercial judgment.
Manage multiple transactions concurrently, taking ownership of workstreams and ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Contribute to business development activities by building client relationships, supporting growth initiatives and staying informed on market developments.
Work collaboratively within teams, demonstrate initiative, and support the development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Demonstrate relevant post-qualification transactional legal experience in energy, projects, infrastructure, finance or a comparable practice area.
