You'll be in the room where it happens, partnering directly with senior leaders to shape narrative, reputation, and culture.Your background includes:Internal communications with impact – Design strategies that turn business objectives into messages employees care about.
Own major All Ins and events that connect and energise our employeesContent creation – Produce everything from internal updates to social media and broadcast-quality video contentReputation management – provide trusted media and reputational counsel to the business and its leadersExternal media – Develop creative and newsworthy media campaignsWhat makes you perfect for this?
Solid experience in corporate affairs, senior communications roles, as a public relations professional or journalist.Ability to build and manage strong relationships with senior executives and a range of stakeholders and business partnersStrategic thinking, flexibility, ability to respond to short deadlines, to operate independently and effectively in a fast-paced work environmentSuperior written and verbal communication skillsWe're obsessed with becoming our customers' #1 banking partner for life and we're looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
