You will support cyclical performance processes, including regular review cycles, ensuring consistency and rigour. Design and deliver targeted responses to engagement survey insights and workforce planning needs.
Lead advisory work across the employee lifecycle — onboarding and probation to offboarding and exit interviews.
Manage ER cases with support where required. Contribute to organizational transformation projects, including process improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making.
Working closely with a local coordinator, you will ensure seamless execution of HR processes, documentation, and performance tracking.
