Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education preferred.Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and / or autism spectrum disorders.Must be MAPS certifiedSchedule :Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation in Rutland, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PMDevereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse occurring in our organization.
