As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead the design of innovative structures, working closely with a skilled team of engineers and drafters to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers sharing your expertise to support their development and contribute to the growth of the team. DUTIES. Structural design and calculations Conducting site inspections to determine suitability Training and mentoring of junior staff Detailed documentation, design and analysis of various elements such as reinforced concrete, steel and timber Monitoring budgets to ensure project costs stay within range Collaborate with the internal engineering and drafting teams SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification Proficiency in software of Inducta, SpaceGass and Structural Toolkit or similar related software Strong communication skills both written and verbal Commercial, Education, Health and Child Care project experience Chartership or eligibility to apply is highly regarded CULTURE.
