Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in Normanton Hospital and Community Health settings.
* Foster support, collaboration, and partnership with patients, families/carers, and other healthcare providers.
* Enhance and enable positive patient experiences and outcomes through effective communication and coordination of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state or territory nursing board.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
