Senior Infrastructure Manager Role
The Australian Red Cross is seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead its technology infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

* This includes managing cloud environments, implementing best practice processes and tools, and contributing to projects as part of a dynamic team.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in maturing technical capabilities in cloud environments, managing BAU activities, and leading staff to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* In addition, they will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* The role also requires the ability to negotiate, set and manage conflicting priorities and a changing environment.
* Furthermore, the candidate should be able to mentor, develop and grow a team covering multiple capabilities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in management of on-prem and cloud environments, and at least 2 years in people leadership.
* They will possess substantial experience in hands-on technical experience with M365, Azure (preferably), and Networks.
* A comprehensive and strong Infrastructure background (Servers, Storage, Virtualisation) is essential.
* The candidate will also need experience with Endpoint Management solutions (preferably Intune, Mobile Device Manager).
* Telphony, VC & printing solutions exposure is also required.
* ITIL and project management certifications are highly desirable.
