The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing Bayse Brand's digital marketing strategies to drive online growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

This role plays a key part in campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting across multiple digital channels: including email marketing, paid advertising, social media, SEO, and website activity. Working closely with the marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams, the Digital Marketing Coordinator ensures all digital touch-points reflect Bayse's brand identity and deliver a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

* Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
* Support the development and execution of the social media content calendar in line with marketing campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments.
* Monitor daily activity, engage with the online community, respond to comments and DMs, and identify opportunities to grow brand engagement.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.


CONTENT CREATION AND COORDINATION

* Assist with ideation and production of creative content including photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and written copy.
* Coordinate shoots and collaborate with photographers, stylists, influencers, and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
* Brief and manage external creatives when required to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
* Edit and repurpose content to suit various formats and channels.


CAMPAIGN AND INFLUENCER SUPPORT

* Support marketing campaigns with compelling social media assets and storytelling.
* Coordinate influencer gifting, partnerships, and collaborations, ensuring content is tracked and aligned with brand objectives.
* Assist in identifying and nurturing influencer relationships and user-generated content opportunities.


REPORTING AND INSIGHTS

* Track social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
* Compile regular reports on content performance, audience engagement, and growth, and provide actionable recommendations.
* Continuously seek opportunities to optimise content and posting strategies based on data and trends.
