Our client is seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to work within their property team. This role offers 4 days WFH with one requirement that you are available to work in the office every Wednesday for lunch in the boardroom and team collaboration. They are seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal to work within their property team and be accountable for managing client files from A-Z. Is it essential you can work autonomously and have strong contract review experience and be able to handle all conveyancing matters independently and thrive when liaising with clients assisting them all the way through the conveyancing process. You will work with a number of experienced lawyers who would provide guidance and technical assistance if and where needed. This really is a role where you can take the success and run with it. Core duties and responsibilities for this role include: All aspects of residential conveyancing from prior signing through to post settlement Management of between 35-40 files per month on average Review proposed contracts, providing basic advice about standard clauses and conditions, identifying if any issues require consideration by a solicitor Prepare and edit contracts, associated documents and correspondence Prepare conveyancing protocol documents Liaising with banks, financial institutions and all relevant stakeholders including buyers agents and clients accountants Conducting searches Drafting titles office documents and other standard form documents Settlement preparation Stamping and registration Final letters, billing and archiving About You: At least 2-5 years plus previous experience PEXA knowledge essential Previous experience with A-Z management of conveyancing files Display skills that develop client and referral relationships An analytical eye for detail Solution focused mindset On Offer: 80-90K base plus super Laptop to take home with you and mobile phone expenses Weekly training in the boardroom- topic of choice decided by the team 4 days WFH after 3 months of training Our client can offer you a down to earth culture, collaborative team.
