About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Inspector to join our team in Gympie. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of civil construction projects.
As an Inspector, you will:
Conduct regular inspections of construction materials, workmanship, and completed works to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, test results, non-conformances, and recommended corrective actions.
Provide technical guidance to contractors, attend project meetings, and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, relevant regulations, and best practices.
Witness and verify material and equipment testing, reviewing test results for compliance with project requirements.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of civil construction principles. You have a keen eye for quality, can assess project compliance and communicate effectively with contractors and project teams to ensure construction meets the required standards. Your experience and expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction inspection or a related field.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices and building codes.
