Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of staff and assist with staff allocations, timesheets, training, discipline, and performance reviews
* Evaluate availability and maintainance of staff vehicles, tooling, and equipment
* Complete regular safety, project, and personal audits to ensure adherence to protocols
* Source materials and coordinate with tradespeople for timely completion of projects
* Monitor project schedules and prepare necessary paperwork
* Cultivate professional relationships with clients, project coordinators, subcontractors, and suppliers
Requirements:
* Carpentry, Building, or QBCC certification is required for this role
