Residential Building Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Residential Building Manager to lead our construction teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality residential projects.
About the Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for managing tradespeople and subcontractors on our sites across ACT and surrounding NSW suburbs. You will also coordinate site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of projects.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Coordinate with customers and council to provide exceptional customer service.
* Inspect completed work to ensure high standards of quality and adherence to construction codes and contractual obligations.
* Ensure that all required documentation and paperwork is completed during the building process.
