Job overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our dynamic team, based in Maroochydore, Australia. This role is responsible for guiding digital initiatives from discovery through to delivery, ensuring that core applications and solutions are designed and implemented in alignment with organisational needs. You will work across functions to translate business requirements into practical solutions and coordinate cross-functional delivery activity.
Your objectives will include improving the usability and impact of CV's technical capabilities, supporting effective project execution, and helping teams adopt technology that enhances mission delivery. This role contributes directly to the Technology function's goal of enabling scalable, secure, and integrated digital capabilities that power CV's global impact.

Specific responsibilities
Discovery & Requirements Gathering
* Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand user requirements, map current and future workflows, and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and improvement.
* Translate business requirements into structured documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to guide delivery teams.
Delivery Planning & Project Coordination
* Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to scope initiatives, plan timelines, and coordinate delivery resources across departments.
* Oversee project execution from planning to rollout, managing risks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout.
User Testing & Change Management
* Coordinate user acceptance testing and feedback loops to validate solutions and ensure readiness for implementation.
* Collaborate with support and enablement teams to prepare training resources, manage change impacts, and promote adoption across user groups.
Continuous Improvement
* Monitor the adoption, impact, and effectiveness of delivered solutions to identify areas for improvement.
* Recommend enhancements based on user feedback, operational data, and changing functional requirements.
Governance & Compliance
* Ensure security, data governance, and compliance principles are embedded into solution design and delivery, supporting accountability, auditability, and alignment with internal policies and external standards.

Skills/ Experience/ Education
* Experience in business analysis, project management, or digital delivery roles.
* Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with an ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to translate user requirements into clear documentation (e.g. specs, user stories, process maps).
* Experience working with delivery methodologies (e.g.PRINCE2, Agile); certification is a plus.
* Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g. CRM, ERP, CMS) and their role in supporting operational workflows.
* Experience working with vendors on platform evaluation, delivery, and support.
