About this position
The Technical Officer – Water and Wastewater plays a key role in maintaining the Council's water and wastewater assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing technical support to the Water & Wastewater teams.

Key requirements:
* Diploma in engineering-related discipline or relevant trade qualification; or equivalent experience and willingness to achieve a suitable tertiary qualification.
* Proven organisational and planning skills, including ability to work to deadlines and set priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and experience with relevant software programs (e.g. Asset Management, MS Project, databases, GIS management systems).
* WHS Construction Induction (White Card) and current Class C driver's licence.
* Experience and capability to deliver job-specific key accountabilities and developed key capabilities.

* Salary from $81,543 to $87,994 per year, plus 11.5% superannuation.
